Connect your systems to the work they support.

Move a record from a quote to a CRM to delivery, or bring collections and pipeline into one operating view. Build the checks that explain where the figures agree and where someone needs to look.

Project terms and handover

You can commission this work independently of Lightbulb Partners Agent. Before building, we agree who may access your data, how ownership and licensing work, and how your team will test and accept the handover.

Illustrative builds

Useful data has a destination.

We start with the person using the result. That might be a delivery lead waiting for a confirmed order or a finance team checking cash received.

01 / Integrations

Quote to delivery

An approved quote creates a CRM opportunity and passes the agreed specification to delivery. Replaying the same update must not create a second order.

02 / Reconciliation

Partner feed to ledger

Match settlement records against invoiced items. Separate known timing differences from unexplained amounts and give operators the source records to investigate.

03 / Reporting

A commercial operations board

Bring pipeline, booked sales and collections into distinct views. Each measure has an owner, a source and a refresh date so the team can explain a change.

Designing the connection

Agree what each record means.

  1. Identify the source of truth

Define the record identifiers, units, dates and business rules before joining systems. A lead, an accepted quote and a paid invoice have different meanings.

  2. Plan for late or repeated events

Choose how updates are validated, retried and reconciled. Determine what should happen if a provider is unavailable, a record changes or an event arrives twice.

  3. Make the result usable

Build the destination your team needs, such as an operations board, an exception queue or a partner data service. Include source records and clear ownership for unresolved items.

Service 06 / Delivery assurance

Modernise a system your team already relies on.

Commission a migration, a release rehearsal or an operating handover as a project in its own right. Define what must keep working before choosing what to replace.

  1. Build an acceptance pack

When replacing a quoting workbook, preserve approved examples from the existing model. Agree which outputs must match, which changes are intentional and who accepts each difference.

  2. Rehearse the change and the way back

Try the migration on representative records, reconcile counts and values, and rehearse a failed cutover. Agree on rollback triggers, backups and who makes the go-live decision.

  3. Give operations a working handover

Deliver the agreed source, tests, access inventory and runbook. Have the named owner use it to check a failed update and restore normal operation before they accept the handover.

Which handoff or report needs a second look?

Tell us which systems are involved, what the result should mean and who uses it. For a modernisation project, describe the current operation and what must continue through a change.
