Set up Lightbulb for your organisation

Lightbulb runs on a Windows PC today. Mac support is coming. Your Mac and iPhone can connect to it.
The current Mac app is for Apple silicon Macs and connects to a running Windows installation. It does not host Lightbulb. The iPhone app is currently limited to internal TestFlight testing. It is not yet available on the App Store. The account website manages subscriptions and downloads. It is not a browser-hosted Lightbulb workspace.
Windows setup requirements
- One Windows 10 or 11 PC that can stay on, signed in to Windows and connected to the internet.
- At least 16 GB of RAM in the PC. In practice, plan for 32 GB so Windows has memory alongside Docker.
- Docker Desktop running with at least 8 logical CPUs and 15 GiB of memory available to Docker.
- At least 100 GiB free in Docker’s storage and on the physical drive that backs it.
- Your own API key for a supported AI provider.
